    With over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and three years as the owner of Vanguard Fitness, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people push past their limits and achieve real results. My background in the U.S. Army National Guard, where I served for 12 years, has shaped my approach to training—instilling discipline, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do.

    Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes of all backgrounds, including professional football players and UFC fighters, as well as individuals just starting their fitness journey. No matter your experience level, my goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and the skills needed to succeed, both in and out of the gym.

    At Vanguard Fitness, we’ve created an environment where everyone—regardless of body type, ability, or experience—can grow and develop. Whether you’re chasing athletic performance, improving your health, or just looking to challenge yourself, I’m here to help you reach that next level.

    With nearly 30 years in the fitness industry and holding numerous health and fitness certifications, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others achieve real, long-term, sustainable results through exercise, nutrition, and positive lifestyle changes.

    As a former competitive triathlete, I understand the power of discipline and dedication—but also the importance of camaraderie with like-minded individuals striving to improve every day.

    In leading group fitness classes, my focus extends beyond just workouts. I emphasize accountability, consistency, mindset, and building sustainable habits that lead to lasting transformations all while having FUN in a group setting.

    Three years ago, my brother David and I opened Vanguard Fitness, creating a space where we could help our members achieve meaningful, long-term results through mindful programming and coaching as well as a growing fitness community.

    I believe fitness comes in many forms and is attainable for anyone willing to put in the time and effort. My mission is to help people discover their "why" so they can stay focused and motivated on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
