FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional Fitness is a 60 Minute Full Body workout designed around the development of strength, speed, and general body wellness. These classes are geared to develop everyone from novice to advanced athletes looking to sharpen their skills.

SWEAT
SWEAT is a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class designed around getting the heart pumping and scorching away the calories using minimal equipment. These classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15am.

READINESS
Readiness is a late night training course designed to improve the physical performance of law enforcement, first responders, military, and fitness enthusiast looking to spice up their training with conventional and non conventional lifting techniques and endurance work.

BODY BUILDING
Body Building is additional FREE workout planning included in our Unlimited Membership designed to sculpt the body and bring those show muscles out to play!

KID'S CLASS
Kid’s Class is a 45 Minute training class for children 9-13 years of age, designed to help develop motor patterns and strength vital for youth sports. These classes emphasize communication amongst peers to create strong social bonds for growing young minds.
These classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15pm with Coach Katie and are released in cycles. 4 Weeks On, 2 Weeks Off.

ENDURE
Endure is a 60 Minute training course provided every Sunday at 8:30am designed to help athletes gain an edge in endurance sports. This course is designed to create extended muscular durability and increase aerobic thresholds through steady state workouts and high intensity interval bursts.
